Well what im wondering even though many might contradict is that ZEN might be in the middle of whipping up a PP and the underwritters might be pushing down the price to allow the PP to come in lower then expected. I am for one is still happy about the SP being upper 40's

 

It should take no time at all for the SP to reach $1 we can expect it very soon if everything goes smoothly.
