Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: Unlocking Coal Value

RE: Unlocking Coal Value

"We know from the above information that the intention is to provide the 30% equiity financing through East Energy Development, bu selling stock to any or all of the Chinese government, private equity forms, institutional investors, and perhaps private investors or a public offering as has been previously mentioned."

Not stated and Not discussed on this board are the events and happenings with South Golbi (T.SGQ) in regards to Ivanhoe's decision to sell its equity stake to CHALCO (ie: Chinese Firm). News this morning is that the Mongolian Gov't has (or will) pull certain permits and licensing. In short, there is populist distrust of both China and Russia. With elections pending come June, a few politicians are pandering to this distrust in an effort (imo) to garnish votes. The implication(s) being serious concerns about anyone from the outside wanting to invest in Mongolia.

This situation bears watching imo because it can have consequences in regards to PCY's efforts to arrive at financing. When more time pemits, I will track down and post various write ups on the South Golbi issues.
