RE: stock price

RE: stock price

Well a few things are going to with the share price. A part of it is that the markets have been going down lately and along with that the price of gold. Also there is a lot of uncertainty with both the European economies as well as the US. That plays on investors and the markets trade less, especially resources or gold.

Also with the lower shareprice comes lower trade numbers so the big banks or shareholders can not play the stock so much. Many times one shareholder will buy or sell more shares then traded all day today.

Another issue is that the last quarter did not show much or very little positive with shutdowns etc. The nexrt quarter report will probably also show poor productions levels  as during that quarter the mill was closed for upgrades etc.

Another issue is the dilution of shares and tthat this company has a questionable past. You know back in the "ICE" age when he was an investor. Even though it is under new managerment, has revamped the mill, has opened and is re opening other mines, it still needs to prove that they mill can get production up to their "steady state of production" and more as well as the mines can produce sufficient gold so they don't have to buy and process Newmont gold.

So there  are lots of issues. If the company can rectify all of these issues the share price will increase substancially ....but how far it will go with so many dilluted shares is the next question that different people have different ideas about.

Hope that helps a bit .... best of fortune to all ... MrGrp
