I wonder if these projections take into account wet gas.  Wet gas means the liquids make the NG dirt cheap, so normal economics do not apply.   Irrespective, the Chinese want NG but a LNG terminal is required first.  That will take a year or so. 

Takeover underway?  I doubt it.  BXE sold off on very moderate volume.  If I recall DAY sold off on heavy volume.  Therefor I doubt this is anything but weak hands being scared out of their positions.  Anyone who bought for the long haul, like another 2 to 3 years, should try to ignore the volatility.  

The stock sure is cheap though, less than 50% of takeover price, as measured by price per oil and liquids production, and considering the good quality of the land holdings, offset by the modest bank loans. 

I would be surprised if BXE does not get an offer from say PWT.   I'll take PWT shares in lieu of cash, thank you very much.
