The PP was over-subscribed and has given SMB the cash to move ahead with the Liberian PSC and seismic in Kenya. Now is the time to buy, I certainly wouldn't sell a thing @ 12 cents! I thought the PP had a 4 month hold? Either way, 4 months from now we'll be looking back at .12 and laughing!
