So it takes a cease trade order and a lawsuit for the board to finally realize something was wrong.  Looks to me as though they are trying to save face and right wrongs.  It's way too late in the game for that.  There should be an investigation in to this matter.  It's sad how Carson Block (but I'm sure he doesn't mind) found Sino-Forest before the OSC, but it's never too late for the OSC to take action.  So, I suggest that we as shareholders stand up and should contact the OSC to investigate this matter.  TZT management should all be held accoutable if they are found of wrong doings.  I'll be very surprised if TZT is trading on April 20th.
