RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: While we wait.......... nobody leaked in late 2011 that the 43 101 wouldbe delayed. it didnt happen. they are late because they want as many drill results included as is possible. wouldnt any sane person. it costs millions to drill....and the drills are to prove up reserves......and reserves are what you take to the bank via your 43 101.
there is no takeover. bautista has a lot on his plate. mgmt owns too many shares. a takeover must go thru mgmt. and mgmt. will be breaking securities laws to not tell all shareholders.
our coal land is likely useless to us. our moly land is not in the money either. in fact our moly land is about to cost us another few payments on the mtge. i think a million in the near future. the payment structure was re structured and they have not changd their web site yet.
if the 43 101 does not prove up in excess of 1.5 mil I see mgmt. looking for a partner and moving on with new land acquisitions and still in Columbia.
