If not for those loans by insiders etc., the Company would have likely gone under my friend.  We are actually lucky that these people risked their own money to keep operations and development going.  That is my take.  When I was up at the ANX offices, some time ago, I was introduced to a number of the Associated Group occupying many of the inner suites.  I was told outright that almost to a person, all of these people, not all of whom are directly connected to ANX, contributed their own money to keep everything afloat that the Company had worked so hard to make happen.  I for one do not care about the related transactions so long as the Company succeeds and we all, as stakeholders, come out ahead on this.  You may recall, that at the time of the acquisition of the remaining interests in Pine Cove, from NIS, the Company (ANX) was actually operating on FUMES!  Now, they have working capital and surplus cash on hand and paying down debts.  That is quite a turn-around.
