The Company is owned by Voltalia Investissement SA.

VTR trading with the market

Compare the one year charts of VTR and the Venture Exchange itself (CDNX).

VTR bottoms at the same time the Venture exchange index does. VTR rises at the same time the CDNX does. The entire sector is oversold right now, and so is VTR. That's not normally the time you would sell, it's the time you would buy.
