but why would Dundee sell off 200,000 Once again how do you know it was Dundee selling. They have hundreds of retail and pro traders using their platform. It could very well of been Dundee the company but nobody knows for sure except the person who sold. Odds are it wasn't Dundee the company. What we do now for sure the crosses were made by Dundee.

Say you use TD webbroker. If you sell 200,000 shares from your account if would show up as TD being the seller. Some might think it was the TD bank that sold the shares when in fact it was you a retail investor with no affiliation with the TD bank expect being a client..
