RE: RE: RE: RE: Outed by the BCSC? It's listed on the BCSC website under default history, so I'd guess that the BCSC has advised MSQ that, as of April 11, 2012, the company has failed to file a required continuous disclosure filing.
Presumably, should a company not file the required forms in a timely manner (or not at all), then the company could be defaulted and not be allowed to trade until the matter is rectified to the BCSC's satisfaction.
I would presume that Dykes would have, as a matter of duty and professional pride, stayed on top of technical project filings like this. Of course, because Cumo is located in the US, you have to wonder if any filings may have been missed down there.
