If you are so convinced that the company is a dog and the properties are insufficiently interesting for them to be able to turn this around, etc. etc., then why are you on this board. I am not making excuses for the company, nor am I trying to sell anyone on the company, I do try to determine what the reaosn behind what happens are and yes I prefer to openly discuss them and I do so here.

I follow the company, because I am choosing to invest in it, and a number of others are in the same boat and that's why we are on this board; however, if I had anywhere near the disdane and lack of belief that you do, I sure as heck wouldn't be wasting my time on a board dedicated to discussing it.
