RE: Yukon-Nevada explores options

A slight typing error here and what a difference adding or missing a word can make. Unless I am missing something too ?

YOu quoted or typed "my include a sale of the company" but a direct copy and paste states

" which may include a sale", business combination, joint venture, merger, acquisition, strategic investment or other alternatives identified by the Company or the Financial Advisors that will serve to maximize shareholder value.

A sale could be the sale of Ketza to raise more working capital and at least in my  opinion does not mean sale of YNG. We all seem to be directing our thoughts to that end but I am not convinced it is the case, but we will see.

Also the mill is almost firing on all cylinders, reports are that the mill is running well and ramping up to 4000tpd which should allow JC to be cash flow positive in the near future.

I do wonder about the hole that not processing the Newmont gold anymore may create but that was expensive gold to process and it appears we do have other options.

At least in my opinion it would be a shame to even look at a sale at this point and would be a tradegy for not only us shareholders that have been faithful since the restart and almost delisting not to mention to the board members and persons that have worked long and hard to get it to where it is today.

It is like selling a house when you only have it 3/4 of the way finished, that becomes a distress sale, however if they finish the job so to speak and get the mill in full operation with their own old or the suphate ore it would to me be much more attractive and demand a much higher shareprice and dollar value.
