I spoke with Lynn Cole as well, and received the same information.  I actually called the company before logging in to Stockhouse and just read diknmist's post now... Thanks for posting. 

What Lynn did add, was that IF they receive approval in time (not specifiable) they would not postpone the meeting but it could be postponed if they do not receive the approval "in time".  It could go either way still.

The information will be posted on Sedar once the mailings are out.
