Depending on what we get for V.FVL shares we could get close to .35 cent's a share in total. If we turn this deal down and keep letting these idiot's run the show we won't be close to that SP. 

What has VAA done over the last year?

 

18,500,000 is the offer plus 10,600,000  we get to sell for around .60-.65 gives another 6,500,000 and add it to the offer and it's not looking like this deal will be turned down.
