You realize the AGM is held in Calagary in May. My experience is that the company would have to have the Board of Directors approve the offer and send out a summary of the offer to all the shareholders before the time of the AGM. I doubt all the action required to have a vote on any offer could happen by the AGM.
If they are close to an agreement, the gist of the information might be sent out by press release to cool down the ' I've got to have money now' crowd. I'm willing to hold my shares for now. Unless something changes Ithaca might be worth more if it doesn't get sold.
