Insider transactions This is in response to the repeated posts here and on the PMI board about the recent sales by "insider" Libra Advisors. The total amount of shares they have sold this year is roughly 800,000. What people are quick to forget is that they bought 14 million shares in May of last year at .50 a share. Each share also has a warrant that's exercisable at .70 for a period of 36 months from the closing date.
So they still have the bulk of their position. They raised maybe 200,000$ in total. There could be any number of reasons why this was done. I don't think it's serious because if they wanted to completely ditch they would be dumping millions of shares. The charts for both MNP and PMI are similar in the sense that we rose on large volume at the beginning of the year, and now have been drifting down on low volume, which doesn't worry me. We're hitting a support level here and this is an entry point to go long.
