I agree with what both you Majormac and mercurysmith are saying. And believe me, I am overcommitted to this company and perhaps that increases the desire to understand the information the company puts out on its new presentation.

So to respond to you mercurysmith, how does one value the offtake agreement as consideration especially as Brian in the conference call indicated that the transfer pricing was negotiated with a lower priced formula so as to gain the security of ongoing volume. All this other consideration that you are referring to seems so subjective. How do they come up with such a specific figure of $.55. I'll bet their EBITDA number has dozens of spreadsheets and research behind it.

Is it possible that the $35M goes to WOF as a share purchase and not into the sub as a new share issuance? The numbers would make sense then.
