I think the reason the sp is dead in the water is that the company doesnt have any cash and the market is expecting a financing. I think, and someone correct me if I am wrong, the company has to pay a third of the drilling costs of KUB Gas. The last I looked Cub had 750,000.00 in cash.

What confuses/baffles me is Cub just spent 17,000,000 buying JSC TYSAGAZ. They blew there whole wad on this aquisition and now it is like an after thought.
