yes, but, now back to 12.00s since companies doing biz in argentina have not updated investors as to their prospects in that country in light of repsol's share in nation's oil company is now in doubt as it get nationalized.......investors do not want to know for sure and sell before any sort of news comes out....as repsol will fight it out as investors await news from all companies doing biz in the country as to their situation.  imho, countries outside of canada, u.s. and the like need foreign investment and foreign knowledge so maybe they will back away or do less of this sort of activity going forward on a worldwide basis.
