YNG already has a poison pill in place, so they should be projected from a hostile take-out.  IMO YNG would benefit more from a deal with someone mining in the regions they also mine in.  I don't know how a merger between YNG and Monumnet would be very synergistic quite honestly.  I say go with someone that can take work with you at Jerritt Canyon and maximize what the refurbished plant and roaster can bring to the mix.

I don't see how a mining operation in Malaysia can do that for YNG.
