 Hi Brent,

Cub Energy will be covering their cost by raising more capital. they currently have $7M in the treasury and have cash flow from their operations in Ukraine. we will be notified via NR when they decide to move forward with the appropriate group for a placement. please contact me anytime to further discuss.
