VRM, any deal between MOA and MOZ would be stock only. MOA shareholders would be issued a number of MOZ shares determined by the negotiated deal. IMO the only way MOA would get a 100% cash deal is if the Chinese bought the company (unlikely, but my favorite scenario). Non-Ferrous Metals must know about MOA because of the antimony at Little River and Chinese companies like to invest in Newfoundland. We can always hope.
