3-4 cents is a great re-entry and i would load some myself. Why do you assume halts are imposed by Doyle? Proof? I've seen IIROC do this on (my) several stocks (WPX, BGM, ICP ) I dont think Doyle is involved with these stocks. Thans God. It makes playing canadian/mining stocks boring and IMO helps the decline of the TSX. Have fun in the great white north.
