RE: RE: RE: RE: Wow

nice quote rick, as u can see accumulation has already begun. Nervous traders selling shares recently picked up at .80 and of course our manipulators. The last time I think we had such manipulation was just after the July,30/2010 financing of 17.5 million$ . At that point we needed more money but much had already been done. The sp went to the $1.20 area by Oct,1st and by Nov,1st another financing was announced at $1.10 for $184 million.Shares were being accumulated by MK as indicated from BAJ's letter to the BCSC:

"In fact, Baja now believes that Mount Kellett may have formed its intention to become a control person as early as the fall of 2010. At that time, Mount Kellett unsuccessfully attempted to negotiate a US$50 million private placement equity financing with Baja. The “strings-attached” financing would have"

They obviously were accumulating before BAJ had attained the $184 million financing on Nov1/2010, otherwise a $50 million financing with MK would have seemed late to the party. Canaccord Genuity took part in the first $17.5 million financing, we saw this same manipulation pattern for Aug and Sept 2010 while MK was accumulating in my opinion then Nov1 Canaccord was also involved in the $184 million financing. The battle for BAJ shares has been ongoing.

From your quote we see that 30 million shares have been accumulated in the past quarter by institutions. By the way, while MK was accumulating they didn't have to disclose such accumulation because they were deemed an "Eligible Institutional Investor". I wonder which institutions have been accumulating this 30 million shares in the past Q and how we will deal with them. education?
