Question ...

Question ...

... on March 28 the company releases an update stating that they received parts of the PFS in final draft form ... and specify receiving the process flowsheets and mineplan.

In the January 18, 2012 powerpoint ... the company indicates the mineplan for the State of Arizona would be filed in April 2012.

Is it a co-incidence that the above noted references mesh up very well with the target timeline  for mineplan filing?

Interestingly enough ... the process flowsheets and mineplan were the first portions to be received by the company from TetraTech ... and those two components were indicated to be 'final' draft.

Could the company have already filed the mineplan with the Arizona regulatory bodies and held onto that milestone achievement for release until after the PFS was received and rubber stamped in whole?

The timelines definitely mesh up well. Having the mineplan in final draft form on March 28 certainly afforded the company time to file by now as per the powerpoint projection.

Just another point to ponder as we move into the coming week.

Possible news on PFS (that's the big one) ... battery side progress (not so small in itself) ... mineplan submission ( scaleable it is).
