Is BNP bottoming out or is there still a ways to g

I had BNP in my portfolio from 2008 before selling last summer at $27.  I've been looking to get back in and have been tracking the stock since Christmas.  What's the opinion of where this stock is at now.  Are we bottoming out or is there still downward winds coming?   Does anyone anticipate a cut in the dividend too?  Thank You
