MGP, as far as I know, is still waiting on UAE central bank approval. If (when) granted Mint will be one of 4 transaction processors able to work in UAE.

There is no way Mint and Carta will not get CB approval. There is too much on the line. Its just a matter of time.

Don't view MGP as a cash cow (yet) like Mint Money will be. MGPs first order of busiess it to handle the transactions Mint produces in-house first, then move to external clients. I see it as more of a cost savings move primarily, with the ability to generate some addition revenue.
