Bruce Mitchell bought 2 million plus shares of VAA on Friday .
That works out roughly to 90 % of the shares traded Friday.
The price range of shares sold Friday was 24 cents to 26 cents.
BCKP is offerring to buy VAA for about 26 cents
Say Bruce's average price was 25 cents.
If he tenders them to BCKP that works out to $22,000 profit!
Not bad but I think He is in for more than that.
