RE: Critical Importance of Benton Spinout

RE: Critical Importance of Benton Spinout

Moose

i belive the original reason for the spin out was BTC was trading so low to asset value the company was worried that someone would take them over to get CORO using BTC cash to do it .The second thing was if they separated coro assets it would be easier for a friendly takeove of coro without losing everything else at a zero gain .That is what made the spin out come to be .Then came the complications of taxes they had a big gain on coro so to spin it out meant to pay the taxes this is why coro stays in benton and everything else gets spun out .then came the exchange rules which complicated it somemore .then came the argentina politics that sent everything to the basement .Iam dissapointed with the slow progress but mostly dissapointed with the very poor job of communication that has pleged this process .maybe the spinout isnt even worth doing anymore but if this is so give the reasons and lets move on if it is still viable lets get on with it .either way communicate the facts and the direction of what is going to be happening in a clear honest timely manner .
