Dear dr,

It was hideous report and it's a real pity since we all have put so much effort in DD.

Operating costs have doubled from what they were in scoping study. Mining method was changed from room and pillar to more costly one. Flotation costs went up more than 50%.

My model implies $420/MTU. And their APT plant cost is way too low. It must be only opex, which can only mean they are not going to get the spot price for APT (IMC needs to get paid as well). 

By product credits & longer mine life help a little. But if I use my original APT payability assumptions (worse than in BFS, but much better than MajorMacs), cost per MTU is $233 on co-product basis.

I don't think WOF can be called low cost producer.
