any bad news? or stock price manipulation?

 

 T.YLO.DB.A:TSX

RCB sold 823,000 shares at open and they bougth it again for make price down.

it was almost $14 million

after that they sold 578.000 shares and GMP bought most of them  

share out only 2,000,000

volume for today was 1,469,00

was that Naked short selling ? then price will goes down with small volume for long time..

Any Idea?
