Do you have any facts to support your belief?  Please give me some facts. Feeling won't do it.  I learned of NDX while doing DD on Sandstorm Energy and finding that NDX looked like a lower risk-higer reward company.  Their investment in Royal Coal was a mistake but they quickly cut their losses.  Sandstorm is a supporter which for me is a plus. Rex and Rosa appear to be on track although slow permit approval for the wash plant is a little troublesome.  In my view these negatives are small in the big picture. NDX is on the cusp of making a lot of money and you fail to give us any facts.
