OK, if I can get around your obvious emotional overtones..here's my take on thier eastern lands:

The well mentioned by Canacord is the Penn West 1-9 and is actually a dual lateral wellbore ie.. it is essentially draining from two horizontals, not one. Also, it is approx a mile from the proposed waterflood, not 1/2..small point, but hey..you brought it up.. PRY has 2 wells on production a mile south at their proposed waterflood site,  both look to be improving, but after 3 months the two together do not match the 1-9 production output.

PRY have 7 wells listed as productive on the east arm..16-27 has the longest history at 5 months; the rest range from 1-4 months..so still early, as I noted. My view is that 16-27 looks to date the best of the bunch..settling at approx 65 bpd.

My take is even on this admittedly young well data set, that the variablity of the eastern arm is being seen. Generalized statements that are being made ( such as the Canacord piece above) should be taken as what they are...hype..

As I said, I do my own DD..  which means more than just  reading someone else's... you should try to seperate your emotions from your investing...really
