MSQ issued a news release on 2011-12-09, which stated in part:

The dissidents propose to elect five directors:

  • Mr. Fu, a Beijing resident (and who does not speak English);
  •  
  • In its latest news release (Mosquito corrected, retracts technical reports), the BCSC seems to infer that not only does MSQ not speal correctly, it doesn't speak technical.
