That release was only "a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission". The TSX Compliance and Disclosure Department will likely be doing its own review.

Of course, a news release cuts no slack with the BCSC: the BCSC still shows:

On another happy note, there's been a huge amount of paper flooding in and out of a couple of brokerages in the last six months.

Early last year, one of the chimps mentioned the passing of a family member and about five million shares coming out of an estate. Should there (for once) have been any truth in the postings, then was there any reporting rquirements due to control or change of control? Five million shares is a lot of paper...whether it's held or been sold. Anyone going to ask the BCSC?
