I disagree with your view.  I don't want to see a share consolidation simply because IMO that gives the perception of having problems or being weak.  I say let the share price rise as is on the merits of the turnaround going forward.  If they have indeed made the turnaround and show they have done it successsfully then the shares should take care of themselves. Doing a share consolidation BEFORE the turnaround is completed infers to me the turnaround hasn't happened.  It sounded to me like they had already determined they were going to do a share consolidation. 

I didn't really get a warm and fuzzy feeling about this call. Baldock seemed like he was trying to defend himself about selling the Company, as a distressed sale or maybe having to sell Ketza River.  It's obvious they're running short on cash and being pushed by DB about getting something done.  JMHO
