That story was from Jan 4th....     With the turmoil at Baja everything will be on hold if not bankrupt.. this is good news for AMY, besides that is in Mexico.. after the Walmart fiasco cos. doing business in Mexico will be watched by US and Canada. Permit times will go up 10 times in Mexico.

 

A story almost 5 mons old after what just happened to Baja has no relevance.
