RE: punjabi~

Amendment is an improvement to initial proposal. It reduces the the % of options /shares to be issued from 7.2 to 5%. My beef is not with the stock options. It is the chairman Ian Telfer.

I cannot belive they did not get rid of him & his name is again on the directors list. I rate the list of directors as mediocre. It is not a list for a top notch company. You have Russian who are majority shareholders they have their presentation on the board & then some other seem to be the buddies of the management. I do not know how independent the board members are & how much they will represent the interest of ordinary minority shareholders.

The decision to put Ian Talfer on the list of directors is a very bad idea. This reduces my faith in management & other board members. When the insider case against him by OSC came out at the begriming of this year UUU came under pressure for no reason. Why should UUU carry the baggage of this director. Read the financial post article on him on the following link.

I would never vote for him. My question is how can UUU put the name of this guy on the directors lists ? They should get rid of him.
