This idea sounds familiar!  Didn't this occur (slightly differently) some 8 years ago when shareholders elected trusted shareholder advocates to the Board such that the old Board and Executives were out and the new guys were in, complete with a promise to be much more open with shareholders and communicate better.   Sigh.

 

This is not to say that I disagree with your proposal but fear that replacing only one Board member won't change much.  Nor would replacing several I imagine.  What do others think?
