RE: MRP: Hold that Tiger!

RE: MRP: Hold that Tiger!

We clearly have paranoid people on this board! Just for your information, The management of this company are owners and employee at once. To avoid conflict of interest, they are made to declare when they act as owners (insider trading) when they act as employee, it is business as usual (business decisions without trading  and that why they get paid at the end of the month and you don't) Now before you can shout a demand to be shown the results? There is something called confidentiality agreement which you should also get familiar with. If we follow your logic the reserves should have been calculated in public in every step so that you and I can see them as they are developed. When the management will bring to us what they have for a takeover price then you will need to know what it is that you are selling. As long as no-one party involved in this discussions trades in company shares, and the management is confident there is no leak. Then can do their accounting behind closed doors. Calm down friend, nobody has given you a price yet!

Clown. you are making statement that illegal activities is perfectly legal..wake up stupid !

Trust me that I need none of your stupidities and diatribe to understand how a Corporation works and what a Publicly trading company and its employess have to comply with in terms of rules and regulations...been there done that more often then you I would venture to suggest, let alone very keen on the Legal aspect given that it is my forte sort of speak!

So, honestly you can diatribe and throw hypothesis galore till your hearts content or until this board is placarded with your demonstarted cluelessness, doesn't change one iota about your level of understanding now does it?

So go ahead clueless, keep puking...!
