RE: RE: RE: RE: Bullish reverse head and shoulders Wildwood12...once apon a time... I thought fundamentals, good leadership, good cash flow good history would mean something ...just like when I played the horses many years ago but I found out the hard way ...it matters not what logic is used...the horse I studied and thought would do well... based on history (past performance) did not place, show, or win most of the time. A girl friend of mine would come with me to play the horses (she actual owned horses) and all she did was look to see if the horse looked good (pretty) guess who won more bets!
The moral of the story is Stock Price tells me everything not logic, not fundamentals, not leadership, not cash flow, or debt...the charts tell me if people see potential value, or no potential value - the best you can do is think in terms of probability. Fear and greed run the markets and the charts simply confirm this... in other words humans with real money at risk ...do all sorts of dumba@@ things... they don't apply logic just emotions.
The big players simply watch and stir the pot - they front run the market, carefully watch the level II or even better pay for what the banks and brokerages see and follow the ebb and flow of prices and what effect this has on the buyers and sellers.
It's just the way humans behave - so when I see a bullish chart pattern - it's only bullish because what the shape tells me about the buying and selling that formed it and what generally follows just like MACD and STOL and Bollinger Bands all just confirm probability.
I bought 900 yesterday at and average of 16.27 to add to the 2000 I already held... some I got for 16.17 as a personal low - some higher...in any case it was a calculated risk...the stock popped up to 16.44 as a high - if you bought at 16.15 and sold today at 16.44 you got a nice .29 cents per share in one day not bad. However I didn't sell I bought again today at 16.28...why because the charts (the Stock Price) told me to.
Now, could I be wrong sure.. and I have been (I am in usually way too soon) but I truly see TA as a good buy here.
Cheers
