Total                                               ~80% of the shares are in the hands of major shareholders.

Shares Outstanding: Basic:  441.1 million Fully diluted:  466.0 million

There are 93million shares not controlled by major shareholders (or myself :))

I am long, holding and adding to my position. IMO the shares are dirt cheap and it will take very little for them to go to 1:5-2:0.  The political situation is stable.  Mali is not Egypt.  The leaders of coup have shown great tact and a willingness to return to democracy.  What it will take for the shares to go up to at least the 1:50 range? - the military making a push North and taking one of the main cities back from the rebels.  How hard this will be? Not that hard considering that the army is concentrated on the South and that the rebels are spread over a very large territory with very little support from the local population.  Why will it go up to at least the 1:50 range? because all those major shareholders know that the shares are cheap and have a great value and will continue to add to their positions at the expense of those selling at these low levels.
