The pertinent question is WHY are they selling if the stock is so cheap relative to the peer group and there are 20 offers on the table and 30 potential Gladios clients and $200 million in cash etc etc etc?
There is a huge disconnect imo between the way JS is presenting the company's potential, the valuation, and the willingness of quality, knowledgeable investors like Sprott to "be patient" and wait for the story to unfold.
Makes one feel like they know something we don't.
