Go to the company website and check new releases, and go all the way back to 2008 to see how they came up with a BILLION dollars. It was through debt, not share issues. In my opinion the majority of the 170 million will be secured in the same way, through debt arrangements with long term investors. With any news of a majority of the debt secured, stock price will likely soar, and only then some dillution may occur at higher prices. It is just ridiculous to imagine that a company with a billion dollar project already mostly financed and well under construction, will have too much trouble getting what amounts to about half the projected cash flow coming from production only several months away.  Just my opinion.
