I have to totally disagree with you on this one. This is classic distribution. The put their fake Bids in like you would put duck decoys in the water (To draw in the real ones) When they have enough real Bids in place, they pull the decoys (because they are first in line) hit the Bid hard, then throw their decoys back out to make all look calm, and lure in a new flock of water fowl....over and over again

 

 

They have been doing this for a while. Controlled selling handled to minimize damage to the Bid. (Sellers want a good Bid) I give them a B+ on execution.
