two yellow proxy votes?

two yellow proxy votes?

I recieved one yellow and one blue in the mail a couple of weeks ago.  Today I get another yellow by FedEx.  Anyone else have that happen?

ECI is my biggest holding - nice steady monthly income.  I have recommended it to friends since it was below $4.00 but most just don't get the business. 

The last thing I want is some fund forcing a sale.  Vote BLUE.
