Did some digging:  2009 presentation, web site, report etc all were reviewed by BCSC see news release may 14, 2009 on sedar.com

I found it on sedar.

So If the BSC reviewed the report then why has it been retracted again?

Looks like management has screwed up somehow again, and all since Dykes left.
