The thing is cutting exploration and paying a dividend makes no sense as the resource in place is finite. Avion has good reserves but not all of those reserves are even in Mali. It might make sense if we had 10 million ounces but, even then I'd favour expansion to 500k over a dividend. Part of what drives the growth of a junior is expansion of resources and/or production.  There's no logic to a junior of Avion's size paying a dividend at this time. It won't attract any real money in either as most investors who buy dividend paying stocks look at the forward cashflow. IMO issuing a dividend would be a useless thing to do at this stage or even at 200k production especially given the size of property we have and the potential to increase the overall resource by multiples in a matter of a few years.
