During any of the Company's blackout periods, purchases under the NCIB may continue under an automatic securities purchase plan established by WiLAN with its broker.

Would you,or anyone else, know as to whether or not the company has set up an automatic securities purchase plan ? If not,could they purchase during a blackout period without one?
